About

Dafina (day-fina) Toussainté McMillan (she/her) is a facilitator, coach, question wizard, and an overall lover of process.

Dafina has spent 20+ years at the intersection of theatre and arts management, social justice, communications and philanthropy. She is committed to bringing joy, curiosity and liberated processes to McMillan Works, a consulting business rooted in organizational development, emergent strategic planning, and team building.

Dafina is currently based in Albuquerque, New Mexico (Tiwa Land), and enjoys dancing, playing chess, eating yummy foods, and spending time with friends. She loves asking questions and being in spaces where she can go deep with dear humans.

This podcast has been a dream and vision for years, and feels like one of the truest iterations of herself (and gifts) up to this point.

Dafina is also completing a 9-month Liberatory Coaching Certification Program for BIPOC social justice movement leaders committed to learning coaching skills for individual and collective healing and liberation.

This podcast journey is a collective effort and would not be possible without the gifts and talents of these dear humans:

  • Annie Chiu-McCabe, Web Designer

  • Rachael Maestas, Communications Strategist

  • Marionette Mitchell, Graphic Designer
